Course Overview

Join Tammy Brady, RN, for hands on clinical skills training, focused on the application of Regen Lab Platelet-Rich Plasma PRP therapies in women’s intimate health and sexual wellness.

Drawing on her training through the Cellular Medicine Association CMA, certification in the O-Shot®, and advanced fellowship training in Cosmetic Gynecology, Tammy will guide participants through the evolving role of regenerative medicine in supporting female sexual function, intimate wellness, tissue health, and quality of life.

This comprehensive program combines didactic education, live clinical demonstration, and hands-on training. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of female sexual wellness concerns, patient assessment, consultation techniques, PRP preparation, treatment planning, and current evidence supporting regenerative therapies for women’s health. This course is not intended to diagnose.

Designed for healthcare professionals with prior experience in venipuncture, injection techniques, and foundational PRP knowledge, this training focuses on conditions and concerns frequently encountered in women’s health, including vaginal dryness, orgasmic dysfunction, Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause GSM, stress urinary incontinence, postpartum changes, and lichen sclerosus.

Attendees will explore how regenerative therapies may support tissue healing, vascularization, and overall intimate wellness while learning practical approaches to patient education, informed consent, and expectation management.

Whether you are looking to expand your knowledge of regenerative medicine, enhance your existing PRP skills, or develop a deeper understanding of female intimate health, this program offers a comprehensive educational experience grounded in clinical practice, patient safety, and evidence-informed care.

Tammy Brady RN

is the Founder and Clinical Director of A Wrinkle In Time Inc. in Orangeville, Ontario. With a strong nursing background and a special interest in regenerative medicine, Tammy has focused her practice on the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and other biologic therapies to support tissue regeneration, healing, sexual wellness, and aesthetic rejuvenation. She is certified through the Cellular Medicine Association (CMA) in the O-Shot®, Priapus Shot® (P-Shot®), Vampire Breast Lift®, and Vampire Facial® procedures and has pursued extensive training in PRP applications for both women’s and men’s health. Her clinical interests include female sexual wellness, intimate health, hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, scar revision, and regenerative treatments designed to enhance function and quality of life.

As a woman, healthcare provider, and advocate for female wellness, Tammy recognizes that concerns such as sexual dysfunction, vaginal dryness, urinary symptoms, hormonal changes, postpartum recovery, and loss of confidence are often under-discussed despite affecting millions of women. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where women can openly discuss intimate health concerns, benefit from shared experiences, and explore evidence-informed treatment options. Tammy believes that regenerative therapies such as PRP offer exciting opportunities to support the body’s natural healing processes while helping patients improve comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.

Committed to advancing her expertise in regenerative and intimate wellness medicine, Tammy completed a Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynecology through the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology (ABCG) under the leadership of Dr. Ayman El-Attar, founder and president of the ABCG. Through this advanced fellowship and hands-on training, she gained experience in PRP-based intimate wellness procedures, vaginal rejuvenation technologies, sexual wellness treatments, and contemporary cosmetic gynecology techniques. She has also trained alongside internationally recognized women’s health expert Dr. Ksenija Šelih Martinec, OBGYN, serving as her clinical assistant during advanced women’s health and regenerative medicine training. Tammy remains dedicated to integrating the latest advances in PRP and regenerative medicine into patient-centered care, helping women and men achieve improved function, wellness, confidence, and quality of life.

Medical Director | Dr. Darryl D’Costa

is a Canadian-trained emergency medicine physician who retrained in aesthetic medicine and now leads patient-focused, regenerative skincare at Vibrance Medical Rejuvenation Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. Born and raised in Ottawa, he completed an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, a Master of Anatomy, and his medical degree at Queen’s University — training that gives him a deep anatomic and clinical foundation for advanced aesthetic procedures.

Dr. D’Costa’s practice emphasizes evidence-based, energy-driven and regenerative approaches. He is a specialist in plasma energy–based devices, including NeoGen and PLEXR, and integrates these technologies with contemporary regenerative strategies to optimize outcomes while minimizing downtime and risk. His clinical focus is on achieving natural, long-lasting rejuvenation tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals.

Known for combining emergency-level procedural rigor with an aesthetic sensibility, Dr. D’Costa prioritizes safety, clear patient communication, and measurable results.
