Dr. W. Christopher Croley is a highly esteemed aesthetic physician with over 20 years of experience in the field. As the owner and operator of Skin and Tonic®, a premier medspa in northern Florida, he is dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic care. Dr. Croley is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, having received his training at the prestigious Rush and Northwestern Universities in Chicago.

Throughout his career, Dr. Croley has held significant leadership roles, including Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Associate Director of Resident Education at Rush University Medical Center. His passion for aesthetic medicine began nearly 15 years ago, leading him to establish Skin and Tonic® and focus on training medical professionals as the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Aesthetics for Empire Medical Training.

A recognized expert in energy-based devices, Dr. Croley speaks nationally on the latest technologies in aesthetic treatments. He is also a GAIN trainer for Galderma, educating providers on FDA-approved products, including neuromodulators and fillers.

Dr. Viktoria Klischko

Dr. Viktoria Klischko, a graduate of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow, is a distinguished dermatologist, cosmetologist, and physiotherapist. She has further advanced her expertise through the PrevenAge School and Anti-Age Expert School, building a reputation as both a practitioner and thought leader in regenerative aesthetics.

As the founder and ideologist of institute.clinic, Dr. Klischko combines her medical training with her passion for innovation in anti-aging and skin health. She is a Brand Ambassador for Vichy (L’Oréal Paris), UltraCeuticals (Australia), and Artistic-Co, reflecting her global influence in the aesthetic field. She is also co-author of the book I Can Go Sugar-Free for 21 Days and the author of multiple scientific articles in dermatology and cosmetology.

Ksenija Šelih Martinec, OBGYN 

Her professional life is dedicated to helping women in different stages of life. Every day she is in contact with women and knows many ailments and problems that reduce women's quality of life. Her wish is to find solutions for women conditions that yet have no efficient treatment known. Devoted to her goal, she invented quite a few very effective solutions, which she also shares with the professional public at congresses and trainings. 

Her journey began in 1988 with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology in University Clinic of Gynecology  in Ljubljana. In first years she gained practical experiences in obstetrics and general gynecology working in Italy and Slovenia. In 1995 she founded  Kalliste Medical Center, a place dedicated to woman's health and wellbeing. In 2012 she started developing a special approach to functional and regenerative gynecology using PRP, Lasers, stem cells, threads and also cosmetic invasive and non-invasive treatments.  

As a pioneer and one of the innovators of gynecological procedures using EBDs and PRP she became one of the founders of protocols for main indications, such as urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction and lichen sclerosus. In 2014 she became an international PRP, Femifine and  in 2018 in Lyra procedures trainer and in 2022 also an APTOS threads trainer for functional and aesthetic gynecology. 

In 2012 she became certified for aesthetic gynecology procedures by ECAMS and in 2022 for stem cells, regenerative medicine and cosmetic gynecology by IASRM. She is a founder and a head of trainings/workshops for PRP, mesenchimal stem cells, laser and APTOS threads in the field of gynecology, organized by GynTraining. 

Dr. Jane Kachope

Dr. Jane Kachope is a Family Medicine Physician based in Edmonton, Alberta, with a deep passion for advancing aesthetic medicine as a vital part of overall wellness. She earned her MBChB, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA Wales) , a Master’s in Community Paediatrics, and a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in South Africa before immigrating to Canada in 2004. After practicing in British Columbia, she settled in Alberta, where her dedication to aesthetics reshaped her medical approach—seeing it not merely as enhancing appearance, but as a meaningful component of holistic health.

To broaden her expertise, Dr. Kachope achieved certification with the Canadian Board of Medical Aesthetics. Beginning with injectables, her curiosity soon expanded to laser technologies, earning her certification as a laser technician. Yet she recognized there was still more to offer her patients—especially solutions that work with the body to promote healthy, natural aging.

This pursuit led her to explore advanced Regenerative therapies, particularly by Plasmatology, a groundbreaking field in non-surgical skin rejuvenation. Beyond restoring vitality and slowing visible aging, these science-based treatments now also allow her to address certain medical pathologies once thought too risky to treat aesthetically ,such as multiple disfiguring benign facial polyps . Eyelid ptosis previously managed only through surgery can now be treated effectively and safely using regenerative approaches at a much lower price.

Dr. Paul Cohen is a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine, he completed his dermatology residency in 2001 and advanced his training through the prestigious Ben Fisher Galderma Fellowship in clinical, surgical, and pediatric dermatology.
